This service is funded by the European Commission and the Government of Ireland under the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
If you book this service with the EDIH, you will be adding 100% of the service price to your De Minimis total.Â
To enable this process our team will contact you to fill out the De Minimis Self-Declaration Form. Data entered will be shared with Enterprise Ireland for grant management purposes. If you do not know your remaining De Minimis please email EDIH@enterprise-ireland.com
Your De Minimis cannot exceed €300,000 over a 3-year period, regardless of your size or location.Â
If you are a public organisation
This service is funded by the European Commission and the Government of Ireland under the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
Public organisations are not subject to State Aid rules, therefore, all services are fully funded and no De Minimis forms are required.

This service is the first step on your journey with CeADAR’s EDIH for AI, enabling you to measure the current level of digitalisation within your Enterprise or Public Sector Organisation (PSO).
The DMA will look at six dimensions of your Enterprise or PSO.

Through a series of questions, it will help to identify technology gaps and provide insight into how you can leverage digital technologies to remain competitive in the digital age and achieve your Enterprise’s or PSO’s goals.
What is involved?
- Guided DMA process (online, up to 1 hour)
- Follow up consultancy with insights on how to interpret the results, assess your current capabilities, identify strengths and weaknesses in your operations, and help to create an AI Digital Roadmap.
What your organisation receives
You will receive a Digital Maturity Scorecard document that will allow you to understand how you compare to your peers in Ireland and Europe
You will receive a Roadmap to AI Transition for your organization. The report will identify other CeADAR EDIH Programme Services relevant to your Enterprise/PSO.
The DMA is mandatory before engaging with CeADAR’s EDIH Test-Before-Invest Service for AI. It is also mandatory after using our services to assess increase in Digital Maturity.
