CeADAR, the European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) for AI, is attending the 2026 The Irish Food Trade Connect Forum taking place on March 26th in the Kilashee Hotel, Naas, Co. Kildare.

The Forum brings together industry experts from all across the Irish Food and Drinks Industry, with the theme of this year’s event set to be “Innovate, Automate, Elevate”.

We’ll be exploring how AI and advanced digital technologies are likely to influence the Irish Food and Drink industry over the coming years.

CeADAR’s EDIH for AI Engagement Lead, Ramy Ebeid will be giving practical tips and examples on how organisations can begin to integrate AI into their day to day, and explain more about the support services CeADAR’s EDIH for AI provides in order to empower SMEs and PSOs on their Digital and AI Journeys.
