CeADAR worked with this dynamic company who are driving innovative changes in the cross-border customs industry. The company were looking for advise on how best to leverage AI and ML to improve the customs declaration journey, addressing challenges across clarity in error messages, historical data utilisation,
documentation complexity, accuracy, compliance, analytics, and user interface design.
CeADAR provided a detailed report on options and approaches to addressing their challenges as well as providing a working Prototype based on Generative AI- LLM to track error codes and messages.
Overall, I must say that our collaboration has been exceptionally positive. One of the standout aspects of working with CeADAR was their commitment not only to solving the problem at hand but also to educating us on the intricacies of the issues we faced. This educational approach greatly enhanced our understanding and empowered us to make more informed decisions moving forward.
