NLP & ServiceBot Enhancements

This international financial services provider identified challenges with the ‘off the shelf’ chatbot product in use and was keen to improve the service provided to its company through this tool. Through the CeADAR Connect programme, a data scientist worked with the company and their project team, to help improve the existing chatbot experience for different user groups by building an intelligent system (a model or series of models) that reduced the amount of incomprehension.
