Programme Overview
The Work Ready Graduate Training Programme (WRGP) is a 12-month initiative designed to support industry partners by matching them with talented graduates in AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning. Part-funded by Enterprise Ireland, the programme provides companies with graduates who bring fresh perspectives and up-to-date technical skills.

Programme Benefits
Masters-Level Talent: Companies are assigned a Data Scientist for 12 months.
Focus on Key Project: Graduates work on a planned or ongoing AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics project. (A non-operational project).
Support from CeADAR Technical Mentor: Benefit from the guidance and expertise of a CeADAR mentor who supports the graduate throughout the programme.
Regular Training: Continuous professional development with one day of training per month, ensuring the graduate’s skills remain relevant, while also enhancing their soft skills for career growth.
